Our Waitlist

Our online waitlist is an extension of our first come, first serve policy and does not turn on until we are full and on a wait.  If our waitlist is marked as 'closed' it means that we are NOT currently on a wait, and that we may have open seating available depending on the size of your group. All waitlist quote times are an estimation and may change based on restaurant pace and volume.

Groups of 6 or More

Due to the cozy and intimate nature of Butcher's Union, we have limited seating available for larger groups. If your party is for 6 or more and you would like to be placed on our waitlist, please contact us directly by telephone to be added.  616-551-1323
